There's just something about smoked meals that hits a little different

Smoke’n Hock Smokers are designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia. Ian Hocking, a metalworker by trade, started the business after discovering the process of smoking meats and finding the options of smokers on the market limited for the space he had available as the firebox was often mounted to the side. Ian’s solution? Mount the firebox underneath to compress the footprint of the unit!

After a few prototype designs, the design was finalised with the main unit consisting of a smoker unit capable of double stacked grills (one comes included), an adjustable flue for heat and smoke control, an in-built temperature sensor, and removeable frame with locking wheels should you later wish to mount the unit permanently in an outdoor kitchen or dedicated barbecue area.

Accessories included extra grill tray to double your cooking area, side tables for the left and right side of the unit, and a rotisserie kit to provide the widest range of uses for your Smoke’n Hock Smoker.
